Our college was born out of a deep conviction that legal education is the cornerstone of a thriving democracy. The visionary leadership of the late Barrister Raja S. Bhonsale laid the foundation for an institution that would serve not only Phaltan but the entire surrounding region. His tireless efforts and exemplary service to the legal fraternity inspire us every day.

Since its inception in 1991, the college has achieved several milestones that reflect our dedication to academic excellence:

• Affiliation with Shivaji University, Kolhapur, ensuring that our curriculum meets the highest academic standards.
• Approval from the Bar Council of India, Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, and the Government of Maharashtra, guaranteeing that our graduates are fully qualified to practice law.
• NAAC ‘B’ Grade Accreditation (September 2004), affirming our commitment to quality teaching, research, and infrastructure.

Our one-acre campus (plus two gunthas) in Girvi Naka provides spacious, modern facilities that foster a conducive environment for learning and scholarly pursuit. The Three-Year LL.B. and Five-Year Law programmes are meticulously crafted to equip students with a robust grasp of legal principles, practical skills, and ethical values.

We continuously strive to enhance student services, promote academic research, and strengthen industry linkages, thereby preparing our graduates to excel in courts, corporate chambers, NGOs, and beyond.
