Code of Conduct for Students
Every student of this College shall abide by the rules of the College discipline relating to all departments.
- Every student must obtain his Identity Card within 8 days from the date of admiss i on and must carry it at all times.
- It is the duty of each student to read the Notices daily on the Notice Board.
- Absolute silence must be observed in the library as well as in the classrooms.
- Students must be punctual and regular in attendance and must be in their seats at the commencement of lectures.
- No society or association will be formed without prior permission of the Principa l .
- Terms shall not be granted in case of default in attendance, tutorials, tests, or fees.
- Uniform as per Bar Council of India norms is compulsory for all students.
Library Rules
One book issued for 10 days. Late return fine: Rs. 1 per day. Scholar Card Scheme for top 5 rankers allows one additional book.
Reference books, question paper sets, and periodicals are for library use only. Library cards are non-transferable.
- Alumni can avail facilities with a monthly fee of Rs. 300 and Rs. 1000 deposit.
- Access to online databases: Law Fi n der, ShodhShindhu, and AIR, MLJ, SCC volumes.
Book Bank Rules
Available to SC, ST, and economically disadvantaged students. Apply within 15 days of semester start.
- Borrow up to 10 books by paying 25% of the book's price (non-refundable).
- Books must be returned within 15 days after semester ex a minations.
- Damage to books will result in liability for the full price plus f ine.
Dress Code
Compulsory for all working days (excluding Wednesday), college functions, and events.
White Shirt, Black Trousers, and Black Coat/Blazer.
White Salwar Kameez with White Dupatta / White Sari with White Sleeved Blouse / White Shirt with Black Trousers and Black Coat/Blazer.
Detailed Rules of Discipline
Principal is the discipline enforcing authority with powers to initiate legal proceedings for misconduct under 관련 penal laws.
Liable for suspension/rustication and prosecution for Public Nuisance or Wrongful Restraint.
Disrespect towards staff leads to suspension/rustication and prosecution for defamation.
Protests, strikes, or demonstrations within campus are strictly prohibited.
Usage of electronic devices during exams is strictly prohibited under Maharashtra Malpractices Act 1982.

- Research career & law opportunities.
- Apply for internships & jobs.
- Check official emails.
- Usage limit: 15 minutes.
- Surf inappropriate sites.
- Play games or listen to music.
- Personal research or emails.
- Read sports news.
Anti-Ragging Policy
Ragging is strictly prohibited as per Govt. of Maharashtra Ordinance dated 19th May 1999. Punishment includes expulsion and/or imprisonment up to three years and/or fine up to Rs. 25,000/-.
Consequences:
- Cancellation of admission and debarred from any institution in India.
- Suspension from classes and withholding of results/scholarship s.
- FIR filed with local police station withou t exception.
Mobile Phone Policy
Usage of mobile phones inside classrooms, Moot Court Hall, and Library is strictly prohibited except for permitted academic purposes.
- Phones must be switched off or on vibrating mode in college premises.
- Non-compliance will invite heavy penalty and confiscation o f devices.
- Loss or theft of mobiles is the sole responsibility of the s tudent.
